These terms explain the use of kllakar.pk, a website presenting Kllakar’s branding, design, website development and digital services. Contact hi@kllakar.pk with questions.
Website information
Service descriptions, articles and portfolio examples provide general information. They are not a binding quote or a promise of specific commercial results. Availability, deliverables, schedules and prices are confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Inquiries and appointments
Submitting a form or booking a consultation requests contact with Kllakar. It does not by itself create a paid-service contract. Please provide accurate contact details and notify us if you need to change an appointment. A consultation does not require you to purchase services.
Project agreements
Payment terms, milestones, revisions, cancellation arrangements, licensing and ownership of project deliverables must be agreed in writing for each project. A signed or accepted project agreement takes priority over general website information when the two differ.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, upload malicious material, interfere with site security or attempt unauthorized access. Comments should be relevant and respectful. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional or otherwise unsuitable.
Content and intellectual property
The website’s original text, design and other materials belong to Kllakar or their respective owners. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse protected material commercially. Client logos, trademarks and portfolio materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Ask for permission before reproducing materials beyond uses allowed by law.
External services
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those services set their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content. Transactions carried out through a third-party platform remain subject to the agreement and rules applicable there.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information can change and technical interruptions can occur. Check current details with us before relying on website information for an important decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain website data handling. We may revise these website terms as services change. The current version and revision date will appear on this page. Questions about a particular project should be resolved through the contact details in its agreement.
