Information you provide
When you send a project inquiry or book a consultation, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, project requirements, selected services and appointment details. We use this information to respond, arrange meetings and discuss or deliver requested services. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in public comments or inquiry forms.
Comments and spam prevention
When visitors comment, WordPress collects the form information, IP address and browser information used for moderation and spam detection. Approved comments and the name you choose can be visible publicly. Your email address is not displayed with your comment. Comments may be held for review or rejected when they appear abusive or automated. If avatars are enabled, an email-derived hash may be sent to Gravatar; see Automattic’s privacy policy.
Usage information and cookies
The website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand visits and interactions. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use pages through interaction measurements, heatmaps and session recordings. These tools may collect device and browser information, page visits, interaction data and identifiers using cookies or similar technology. Google advertising services are also loaded on the website and may use identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. How information is shared
Website hosting, email, analytics, advertising and other service providers may process information needed to operate their services. We may also share information when required by law or necessary to protect the website and its users. External links, including WhatsApp, Upwork and social networks, take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Storage and security
Inquiry, appointment and correspondence records are kept as needed to handle requests, deliver agreed work, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Published comments may remain until removed. Provider-controlled analytics and advertising records follow the relevant provider settings and policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Your choices
You can limit cookies through your browser, avoid submitting optional information and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. We may need to verify a request and retain information required for legal, administrative or security purposes. Rights and available choices depend on applicable law. The website and its inquiry services are intended for business contacts rather than children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as the website or its services change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
